Terms of Work

Though we're rebels at heart, we do have a few rules that guide our working relationships. Check it:

Net 30
Steel City Press works under a Net 30 invoice set-up. Late payments are subject to a 10 percent late fee, but we always try to remind you before you get to that point so you can avoid it.

Half up front for new clients
We love new clients.
We also love to make sure they are *paying* clients. For that reason, we require half payment up front for new clients. If working on an hourly project, this is half of the estimated total, as noted by Steel City Press. Thanks for your understanding!

Half up front for major projects
We like to eat. Because some projects can last months, we also require half payment up front for long-term projects so that we don't starve before the work period is over. In general, these are projects that will last more than a month, or projects budgeted for more than $1,000.
